Frequently Asked Questions
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request depending on cleaning schedules.
Is there free parking?
Yes. Both the Main House and the private Casita offer free parking on the premises.
Important parking note for Main House guests:
Please do not park past the grass line. That area must remain open for guests staying in the private Casita in the back.
Is the property fenced?
Yes. Both the Main House and the Casita have fully fenced yards for privacy and safety.
Do you provide a pack ’n play or crib?
Yes. A pack ’n play is available in the Main House. Please let us know in advance if you need it.
Is there WiFi?
Yes. High-speed WiFi is available in both the Main House and the private Casita.
Are the kitchens fully equipped?
Yes. Both units have fully equipped kitchens with everything you need to cook and dine.
Is there a washer and dryer?
Yes. Both the Main House and the Casita have a washer and dryer for guest use.
Can I book both the Main House and the Casita together?
Yes. Many guests book both units when traveling with family or friends who want separate private space.
How far are you from Monterey, Carmel, and Big Sur?
We are about 17 miles from Cannery Row and the Monterey Bay Aquarium, and a short drive to Carmel-by-the-Sea, Pebble Beach, Laguna Seca, and Big Sur.
Do you allow pets?
No. We do not allow dogs of any kind (or other pets) at either the Main House or the private Casita. This rule is strictly enforced and non-negotiable.
Is smoking allowed?
No. Smoking is not permitted inside either unit or in the enclosed yards.
Are there security cameras?
Yes. There is a Ring camera at the front door of the Main House and a Ring camera at the entrance of the private Casita.
House Rules
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and do not disturb guests staying in the private Casita.
• Main House parking must not go past the grass line. Please keep that area clear for Casita guests.
• No parties or events without prior approval.
• No smoking inside the homes or in the fenced yards.
• No dogs or pets of any kind are allowed. This rule is non-negotiable.
• Please treat the homes and furnishings with care.
• Take out the trash before check-out and leave the kitchen tidy.
• Do not move furniture between rooms or outside.
• Only registered guests may stay overnight.
• Ring cameras are located at the front door of the Main House and at the entrance of the Casita for safety.
• Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
• Follow all local laws and community guidelines during your stay.
